Rural Matters is the official magazine of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership.

Rural Matters features stories and insights from rural communities across America. The magazine highlights challenges and opportunities facing rural communities RCAP works with, offers new ways of thinking and tackling rural issues, and shares updates from RCAP regional partners. With over 10,000 subscribers, Rural Matters is provided to communities and utilities where RCAP is actively engaged and all those interested in learning more about rural America. The majority of readers are utility managers, operators, board members, and community members, along with state and federal regulators and development staff.

The magazine is published quarterly in both print and digital formats. The contents of this full-color magazine are produced by the National Office, RCAP Regional Partners, and other RCAP Partners and related organizations. We have revamped our magazine with a new look and feel, where it reflects how one would read a physical magazine.
