The Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) has initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify a vendor qualified to design and execute a technology plan.
WHO MAY RESPOND
RCAP requires a vendor who has demonstrated experience in performing technology sprints for non-profit organizations to complete a deep-dive into the technology use of the organization and the communities it serves.
The vendor must not be barred from receiving federal funding. To be considered responsive, all submissions must include a statement indicating that the respondent is not on the US General Services Administration’s System for Award Management’s (SAM’s) list of excluded entities.
Proposals should be directed to Nathan Ohle, Executive Director, nohle at rcap.org, no later than November 27th, 2017.
